February is known as the American Heart Month. Low sodium is the key to a healthy heart. When there’s extra sodium in your bloodstream, it pulls water into your blood vessels, increasing the total volume of blood inside. With more blood flowing through, blood pressure increases.

According to the American Heart Association,  high blood pressure  is known as the “silent killer.” At Eatfitters  we not only want you to look great, but feel great too. It’s your choice- Choose You, Choose Health!
